With a decade of navigating the exciting world of customer service, I've truly enjoy being the go-to person who ensures everyone feels heard and valued. It's been a journey filled with fascinating interactions and countless opportunities to connect with people and build lasting, trustworthy relationships. I’m currently learning how to balance both being a mom and working, one thing I’ve learned is just how little sleep we need to survive! I also have eight years in scheduling experience, I thrive on the challenge of fitting all the puzzle pieces together, whether it’s coordinating complex calendars, optimizing workflows, or simply making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. I love efficiency and finding solutions to always keep things running smoothly, and with a smile of course. Fun fact: I know a lot about dentistry and worked as both a dental assistant and dental office manager. It’s amazing how your dental health can be linked to all sorts of other issues you would never think of such as Alzheimer’s disease, respiratory issues, sleep apnea, kidney and blood disorders, arthritis.. the list goes on and on. Almost half of adults in the US 30 years and older have a form of periodontal disease!

I have three years of experience in crawlspace encapsulation with Brincefield Crawlspace Solutions. I met Jim a few years back, he approached me while I was pressure washing a neighboring property and asked if I was interested in helping him out on weekends. Right away, he started showing and teaching me his work, and I could immediately tell his passion for what he does. Once I started working for BCS, Jim provided the necessary training, and I eventually transitioned to full-time operations as the business and my experience grew. I now serve as a crew leader, overseeing encapsulations and structural projects while also conducting job estimates. A fun fact about me is that I went skydiving the first time I rode on an airplane!

I have two years of experience working as a crawlspace technician at Brincefield Crawlspace Solutions, complemented by sixteen years of general contracting work. Outside of work, I am a father of two and enjoy spending my spare time blacksmithing, leatherworking, and teaching these traditional skills to my sons. Currently, I serve as a crew lead for a three-person team, focusing primarily on encapsulation and structural repairs.

I originally worked odd jobs through middle and high school before entering the workforce full-time upon graduation. While working at Domino's, I was approached by my good friend Zach regarding a weekend opportunity to earn more and pursue better long-term growth in the crawlspace industry for BCS. Over the past three years, I have progressed from a part time technician to a full time crew leader. In my current role, I manage warehouse operations, track and order materials, and provide field support to ensure all crews have the supplies necessary to complete jobs thoroughly. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and spending time with my dogs.
